Called in the morning and they were here by the afternoon on the same day! We had them do both the wood side and oil side of the chimney. They did great work and no mess!
Bud & Carla took care of our emergency 2-chimney inspections and cleaning the same night when extreme CO problems was discovered. The timing and cleanliness of service got everyone back into the 3 residences on a very cold night. Make sure you have CO detectors properly installed and working.
Very nice gentleman came to look at what needed done. He was to call the next evening to let me know information in regards to repair. I ended up calling the next week to see what was happening. Was told to give him a few more days to find what we needed. Called the next two weeks, left messages and no return phone calls. I do hope nothing is wrong, but some communication would have been helpful. Moving on to find someone else.
Good quality work , no material markup , friendly and dependable !!!! I live in Amelia and Bud has work on our house several times and fixed out problems !!! I highly recommend this company !! Pat
