I am very disappointed in this business. I have done business with them for years but yesterday I went in to have two new tires put on and I was there for 2 1/2 hours. He told me when I got there that I had one person in front of me but as people would come in he would move them ahead me. Finally I said something because we had another appt. Then he said there was several ahead of me. Now, 2 1/2 hours is way too long to have to wait to get two tires put on your vehicle. Very poor customer service. He didn't even offer me a b... read more
