Everything seemed fine in the beginning. Chris came and measured gutters, seemed like a standup guy and even got a quote written out in a timely manner. Then he just vanished. I called him maybe 20 times. At first he answered but it was always an excuse. "I'll be by on Saturday" - no show "We're planning to get things going on Wednesday" - nothing, not even a phone call.
