They are on time and haven’t missed a pickup. We are totally satisfied with their service.
Used to be great but lately they have Missed me 2x in one month, thus accumulating a lot of stinky garbage, called and complained and the guy said to just stick it out the next week! Completely and utterly unacceptable
I've been with B&C for years and have always had great service. When the new owners took over, my bill went from $55 a quarter to $75 a quarter. Last week, my trash wasn't picked up. Annoying, but not the end of the world. I called and left a message, it was after hours, and I didn't expect anyone to be in the office. I called again the following day and left another message.
