We recently had a gas leak in two separate locations in our home—one line to our whole-home generator and another to our fire pit. We have a HomeServe warranty on our gas lines, and they contracted B&C Plumbing out of Spring, Texas for the repairs. It took two weeks for a crew to come out after the initial walkthrough by Joelle. They sent me a plumber who couldn't even diagnose the actual leak. He wanted us to cut and remove a portion of the break wall to get to the leak. But the leak was else were. These people are not professionals. Be careful.
Unprofessional over charged. Highly do not recommend
My home warranty assigned this company to fix my gas leak which it was only the hose line that needed to be replaced. He came over & started messing with my boiler, hot & cold water. & wanted to leave the gas lines above the concrete where this guy didn’t even want to struggle to put the pipe correctly. We started telling him that wasn’t a correct way to leave the pipes since we have small children’s & it is a transit pass path it could cause an accident not mentioning that leavening the pipes above the concrete is dangerous... read more
Not only did they not fix my gas leak, but they poured something wet and blue all up in my attic to the point it got my Sheetrock wet and came down my post in the kitchen. I’m assuming to check for gas leaks, once again the leak they did not fix.
