RecommendedI was very pleased with my experience with B&C Photo. I ran into troubles with my Nikon D80 that was giving me an error message/code. I brought it in and the staff was knowledgable as to what it was, how it could be fixed, and honest about the pricing/amount of time it would take. It was fixed in a VERY timely manner (especially for being shipped out to California) and the camera works better than before. I highly recommend going to B&C Photo for any of your camera needs!
Great local photo store. How many of these do you see nowadays? Decent prices on used gear. Some great prices on used bags. Friendly service.
Picture and frame turned out excellent and was finished several days ahead of what was quoted.
Absolutely horrid service. I am a pro photographer, and at the age of 22 currently, i give better customer service to my clients than the people at B&C photo in Elmira, NY. John is the most ignorant person I have come across at any photo store, large or small. I called ahead to make sure everything would be ok for me to bring in my usb drive to make an 11x14 inch print. He said yes sir bring it right down and well take right care of you. I walk in the store and he is talking a customers ear off about how paper reflects light... read more
