Replaced a window and his crew severely damaged the metal surrounds. He insisted it wasn't his crew's fault. Stay far away from this guy.

I hired Bruno to replace ten windows on my house. Bruno came by, measured and placed the order for the custom windows, all of which I paid him for. It took five months for the windows to come in, and once they were here, it was discovered that the Bruno measured the windows incorrectly. Every single window were measured too small and they not one window would fit. It was January of 2024 that I last spoke with Bruno, it is now June, and Bruno will not return my calls. Bruno (the owner) and his partner are not competent. After missed appointments and delays, he finally installed the new glass in our sliding glass door. Extremely poor workmanship, including broken wood and protruding nail heads (see photos). After I pointed everything out and said that I would fix the problems myself since I didn't want them to touch the door anymore (and cause more damage), he at least knocked $100 off the total price -- hence the extra star.
