I called B&C Electric because a JEA employee highly recommended them and said they do great work. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier or something else, but when I tried explaining that I was referred to them, she kept interrupting me asking, “Okay, what do you want our technician to do?” I told her I have a bad meter jaw.
