Bull Crap Management Company Unprofessional They never return phone calls. The communities they manage look a mess. Where are the payments going? Like all the other previous reviews… BC has a revolving door of unprofessional people collecting a check.
Not even eligible for half star - worst in communication and worst in response Ryan home should be aware of this I don’t know why they choose such properly. Ryan homes are running their name by choosing this guys
Brief overview of last interaction: 1. Had to convince the person over email that I actually lived where i did. Kept saying I lived in another state and gave me personal information for a board/HOA i wasn't a part of. 2. After clearing that up, was told I would hear back soon. 3. Two months later and several emails to original person and everyone else listed on their badly designed website, no response. 4.
