Harold were very professional, kind and explained things to me in an effective and knowledgeable way. They made a plan and worked with me to get my fireplace where it needs to be. I would highly recommend BC Fireplace cleaning and Chimney sweep of Washington!
Friendly tech. Work done was performed well. Price told over phone was tripled onsite to perform the job. You can find comparable work elsewhere for much cheaper. I will not be having them back out.
Nice family owned business. Had a stainless steel liner installed, and waterproofed the chimney. BC Fireplace cleaning and Chimney sweep of Washington did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Pricing, quality and service were all top notch. Highly recommended.
Highly don't recommend, the technician doesn't know anything and didn't properly diagnose my fireplace issue.
Everyone I worked with at BC Fireplace cleaning and Chimney sweep of Washington were super kind and professional! Sarah got me all the info I needed to get my chimney crown replaced and had A+ customer service. Then Mark and John came out to do the work and they were fantastic, clean and also had the same great customer service. I’ll be using them from now on for chimney sweeps as well.
