Ruined the tie I got married in and messed up a couple others. Shirts came back with stains not removed. Suit coat came back with stains not removed. This was my first and last time using Major Cleaners.

I stopped using this dry cleaner because they would consistently shrink my nice clothes. After a few months I decided to try again and sure enough they shrunk a $300 shirt. I called to ask for a manager and they gave me a phone number to call. I have called three separate times and they do not answer or return my phone calls. I’m extremely frustrated by the lack of service and the consistency in which they have ruined my clothing.

Great experience! It was easy to get in and out of the location, the people were kind and helpful, I was given a little welcome package as a new customer, there were text updates, and the turnaround was fast. My suit was very well handled and my wife’s dress came back hung on a little cardboard mannequin type thing to keep it in its shape. Definitely a quality service.

Went in with my son to drop off my down comforter. I walked in and said hello, two ladies sitting behind the counter just looked at me and said nothing. Older lady with short hair and glasses got up as she saw an elderly white lady walk in behind me and greeted her with a big smile. Needless to say, I did not feel very comfortable in here at all. Took my business elsewhere.
