These guys were responsive and professional. They called back, set an appointment, confirmed the day before and then actually showed up on time. Our service man was Jay - very pleasant and capable man. He was explanatory and courteous throughout the several repairs we needed. We had slightly lower quoted repair prices, but that company never showed up or returned our phone calls. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Would certainly recommend B C Clark Realty Co any day!!
