It never ceases to amaze me the amount of professionalism, quickness, thoroughness, integrity, and efficiency of this Businesses practices for the past 18 years. I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience with this establishment, which I visited on several occasions. On multiple visits, I was left waiting outside while the mechanic looked directly at me and acknowledged my presence, yet said nothing and made no effort to assist me. On more than one occasion, I waited roughly 20 to 25 minutes before he would engage with me at all. Brian is great. Fixed my cars radiator for a great price and fast. Also noticed a few other things that needs to be addressed in the future. Highly recommend!
B & C was recommended to me by a friend, and I was really impressed with my overall experience. They fixed a belt on my car faster than I expected and charged a very fair price. Brian was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood the repair. Great service from start to finish. I won't take my car anywhere else!
I feel like my life was put in danger! I am sharing my personal experience. Every time I brought my car in for repairs, it seemed like another major issue would come up shortly afterward, often with another repair bill of around $1,200.
