In my opinion ***** is a complete *****. He claims to be an expert home flipper but leaves his business partners hanging, with hundreds of thousand dollars in debts and properties unfinished. He takes zero responsibility for his part in the agreement, and then threatens to *** them or place liens on the property. I have come in contact with a least 10 people he has taken advantage of and I know there is more. From car dealer to R.E. Never follows through. I bought a car, cash, Jan 31 2020, it is registered in someone else's name, that I don't know, along with myself. Neil promised to help get my title & registration for car done yesterday! Over a year later. If he can't sell a car correctly, I surely wouldn't expect any help from him.
