Inside is a shrine to all things Nintendo and Final Fantasy. It feels very creative without being intimidating. The waiting area is behind the desk in the middle of the salon, interesting vibe. Heard a nice remix of Stickerbrush Symphony🎵 They know how to do ponytail donations for cancer wigs and the short cut I got afterward was excellent. Ask for Max V, he'll take good care of you.

This was the best haircut experience I’ve had in my adult life - very friendly, welcoming & not at all intimidating for someone who might not be used to something other than a large corporate chain. I went in hoping to have some help figuring out my hair and booked with Max, who had an incredibly warm & genuine demeanour. I recently went to this salon for a major change, going from having super long hair my entire life to a pixie cut. After experiencing some hair loss from cancer treatment, I felt ready to let go of what was left. It was an emotional decision. In a way, cutting my hair meant facing the reality of my illness. Max was stellar! After having really awful experiences at various barbers around town, I'm chuffed to find such a welcoming and skilled team. Max constantly checked in with me to see how I was feeling about my cut and even washed my hair so I could take on the day without stray hairs all over me! After rave reviews from friends, my only regret is not having gone sooner.

My spouse and I found Joe working out of B-Bombshell through a recommendation from our former hairstylist after we moved cities. Right away I knew my hair was in very good hands with Joe. I described what I wanted and he knew how to execute it no problem. Having curly/wavy hair, there’s always that worry when working with a new stylist about whether or not they “get” curly hair, but Joe knows exactly what he’s doing.
