First time client of Jaxie. I presented for a color correction and we negotiated a beautiful compromise to my inspiration pic that would actually work on my hair. I’m very happy with the results and I’m pretty difficult to really feel pleased with my hair results given the numerous attempts at various salons to achieve the look I’m going for. She didn’t shy away from being honest in what she thought was unrealistic but very professionally worked with me to get me a beautiful end result which we can tweak over time.

I recently visited Kelly at B Blonde Salon for a much-needed blonde update, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Went in for an emergency color repair after another shop failed after three attempts (too blonde/inconsistent bleach and toner). Britt was amazing! I showed her my sample photos of what I originally requested and joked, "I don't expect you to put Humpty Dumpty back together again." But I was wrong! She far exceeded my expectations, and my hair felt amazing after! I got my brunette with gray back- Huzzah! I will be returning for upkeep, for sure!
