I absolutely love this place! The office is always clean, peaceful, and welcoming, and everyone is so kind and helpful. Melanie does my laser treatments and she is AMAZING. She’s professional, thorough, efficient, and genuinely so sweet. She always makes me feel comfortable and respected, and I never feel rushed. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and smells amazing the second you walk in, giving off a perfectly relaxing vibe. The person who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and had a terrible attitude. The experience was also very poor.
Transparent pricing on a la carte LHR, they charge you after your appointments, no aggressive sales tactics, no deceptive marketing. Nurse Melanie is friendly, amazing, and super thorough on LHR. I’ve been here a couple of times and I’ve never felt rushed or pushed to do or buy more than what I was seeking.
