I have been moving around places, and I have dealt with a lot of moving companies. This was the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Ben and his partner works hard and are very experienced. Although they charge by hour, you can tell they move swiftly and are not wasting any time. I hired them to deliver my stuff and put them into a U-Pack container at a U-Pack center in Langley. This is by far the best experience I've had with a moving company! I needed help loading, unloading, and driving a one-bedroom's worth of stuff to a moving container. The movers were professional, efficient, and kind. They even worked to made sure that everything in the cube was secured in place.

I’m extremely disappointed and disturbed by my experience with this moving company. During my move, my personal item mysteriously went missing — including valuables and sentimental belongings. When I raised my concerns, the team acted completely indifferent and pretended nothing had happened. There was no accountability, no follow-up, and no genuine effort to investigate.
