My daughter and I do 1:1 training at B. Balanced and we absolutely love it! She does soccer training with my daughter and has created a fitness program for me and at my pace. Its perfect! She is great at communicating, she’s professional yet friendly and takes safety with COVID guidelines to the highest standard. I highly recommend scheduling your sessions with B. Balanced Fitness.
