These people are awful. The woman doesn't know anything about retail and she is very unprofessional. If you press her for an answer to your questions, she starts whining or getting belligerent. This store used to be great when the old man was there. These new people are letting it go down the drain. I will never shop there again. Save your money and aggravation and go elsewhere to buy your hardware.
I love this store! Their plants are so healthy, and the owners are super helpful whenever you have gardening questions.
