Had the plastic fairing falling off our 2021 Cascadia, came in, they put it back together in a jiffy and didnt even charge us for it!! Thats what I call customer SERVICE!!
NO, NO, NO DO NOT GO TO THEIR SHOP. TRUCK HAD WHITE SMOKE TALK TO BRIAN, JUSTIN THEY SAID SEND IT TO OUR SHOP. I TOLD THEM DO YOU THINK COOLANT IS LEAKING INTO COMPUTION CHAMBERS THEY DIAGNOSE THE TRUCK THEY SAID ITS THE RADIATOR. THEY CHARGED ME $2500.00 AND THEYSAID THE TRUCK IS FIXED. THE NEXT DAY 600 MILES AWAY THE TRUCK HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS YESTERDAY. CONTACT THEM THEY SAID BRING THE TRUCK BACK 600 MILES AWAY THAT WE SEE WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WHICH THEY DONT KNOW. THEY ARE LIARS.
