The person in charge here keeps us updated throughout the entire repair process and communicates with us regularly about the progress. We always know what they are checking, what they have found, and what they are working on next. First and Last Time i bring my Semi truck to this shop. Came for a new Radiator and Gear Housing gasket plus front seal repair. Quoted for a little over $4k. Drop my equiqment and 2 days later got a call saying front seal and radiator were replaced but still leaking oil. Owner wanted more $ and a week more to work on it. I saw the red flag so i told him, ill get my Truck as is. Came to pick up my Semi, truck leaking the same amount of oil but radiator looked new. Had the plastic fairing falling off our 2021 Cascadia, came in, they put it back together in a jiffy and didnt even charge us for it!! Thats what I call customer SERVICE!!
