Keith the new shop manager is a good guy and fair .He knows his stuff and will try to save you on parts ..Mike a good mechanic just yesterday..I needed a emergency repair he jumped right on it .had me out in 3 hours ..go here for repairs ..hard to find em like them these days..tellem Bama sent you
Our unit had a busted coolant hose right at the exit where they're shop is located. I need an immediate help. Somebody told my driver to check B&B and I was hesitant becuase of the review but I took my chance anyway or else I'm going to tow the unit to a shop. I'm glad I did. Keith was very knowledgeable and also symphathetic especially to a small truckers like us. This is the worst place ever Do Not ever go here they break what's not broken & bill u 4 it Keith makes up prices to escalate the labor I Don't ever post noting bad on no one but this everyone must know its happened over 3 times 🤢 we don't want this to happen to no one else they are not fair & don't care as they try to put on an act...BEWARE or U will B sorry 🥴
