Men on trucks more professional than the woman in the office. She is arrogant and makes sure she lets you know she is married to bosses son. I have had dealings with her a year ago and vowed never to call there again, and that was to pay a bill. My payment was late this time, my trash not picked up and when I told her that my payment showed on Nov 6 as being paid she demanded front and back of check, refused to cancel service.
