Great place to buy a trailer or parts for your current trailer. Jim and staff are very help full in getting the right trailer for the job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer. Bill K
Overall they are built heavy, we have a drop deck scissors lift trailer that we store inside, keep clean, and maintain. We have had it just over three years and had to replace the bushing rollers as well as brakes which cost nearly $3,000.00 so it is an expensive trailer to own over time.
Rudest people I ve ever dealt with. Drove an hour and they acted like they were put out. Never will I buy from them too many decent dealers out there
I recently purchased a snow trailer with a top from B & B Trailers. I traded in an older flatbed snow trailer. I had called around and found them to have the best price. Plus they took mine on trade. When I went to look at them, they explained the options and the different makes available. I also have a small utility trailer that I purchased from them a few years back. Overall, I have been very satisfied with their service. Their selection to look at seemed above average to me.
Would have given less rating, but couldnt. Very dishonest. Gave me a quote on Loadtrail trailer, but trailer was actually a Loadlite. Yes, made by the same company, but a much cheaper model. Spend 40 minutes driving to go see the Loadtrail. Denied any wrong doing. Very dishonest and not even a good price for a cheap trailer. I refuse to deal with dishonest people who want to make a fortune on every sale. Will find someone who is fair and honest. I advise anyone else to do the same.
I have purchased, rented and sold trailers from the family owned B&B Trailers in Hartford since 2002. Haulmark all the way for a variety of racing related applications. I have found them to be fair, honest and above all else extremely customer satisfaction driven.I wont buy my trailers any place else other than B&B Trailer.The negative review made below lacks any credibility or meaningful/objective detail and is an attempt to smear this fine business and the family who runs it.
