I had a nail in my tire and was losing air and pressure fast, needed to get to work, was panicking, pulled in to their shop, they accommodated me immediately and was able to make it to work on time. Phew!! I called the competition (Kal Tire) couple locations even though I had purchased my tires from them but they wouldn’t accommodate me even though it was urgent
These people are CROOKS and should NOT be running a business. There should be ZERO stars. I came to their shop to repair an air leakage from my tire on Feb 27. Now it’s Mar 11 & it’s still not repaired! I took my car into their shop 4 times. 1st time they found nothing wrong with the tire. 2nd time they said they need to replace with a new valve. 3rd time they said they had to redo & put in another new valve. 4th time, I showed them the recording with the same air leakage issue & they agreed that the tire is defective.
