Charged me for service that wasn't authorized. Was supposed to be free. Very disappointed
My car broke down in Canton, GA. I had to leave my car, keys and all, because it died completely. I live 2 hours away and had to do business over the phone. I called Brian (Mgr) and he went to my car and tried to start it. Still dead. He took the keys with him and locked the car. We were able to get it towed and fixed with the help of both Brians. (Brian C.(mechanic)). They both are great. Thanks so much!!
Called in the morning to ask if I could bring my car by to patch a flat and was told it was no problem. Came by at the exact time agreed to and was told they couldn't do it until the next morning. Unprofessional and unreliable.
