At first, this Indian guy seemed reliable. We had already ordered the sign from somewhere else—he was only responsible for installing it and gave us a good price for the installation. He quickly agreed on the installation date, and we happily paid a cash deposit. He said once the permit was approved, he could start right away. But after taking our money, the sketchy behavior started.
