Fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. Bit awkward to drive to, but they know what their doing. I'm not sure how the price compares though, but they are the closest for truck and trailer inspections.
I highly recommend BB&T repair garage! I have all of our vehicles inspected and repaired here. They have made numerous repairs for me including; on my diesel motorhome, pickup truck (engine replacement), and my car. They have highly skilled mechanics that can repair just about anything at a fair repair cost!
