Always friendly
Only giving 1 star since they are deceiving with 24 hour access cause it’s only 7am to 10pm access hours but they advertise 24 hour access but that’s only to your account which I think every place has that! We showed up at 11:30 pm at night after driving 10 hours with a uhaul and trailer just to not be able to drop off our stuff very very disappointed and mad that night! Hope they can work with me to get a smaller unit! But overall very nice place just be aware of when u can access it!
The storage unit is clean. The reason I am giving 1 star is because one time I got behind. They sent me a notice letting me know what was going to happen. I got it caught back up. This was last year. This year since the covid stuff hit I got behind on a few payments. And instead of contacting me like before they just set mine and my family’s belongs outside for anybody to happy pick through. Very clean facility. Safe, easy access. Convenient payment options. I love the climate control. Keeps rust, mold, and mildew away. Highly recommended.
I have dealt with the owners and property manager for years and love how accessible their staff is. Never had an issue with getting a quick response. Easy to deal with and so convenient to get to. Glad to have it here in the Clinton community.
