Not even worthy of a half a star but it does not give me the option horrible customer service very very poor communication brought boat to have inspected we believed it was a gimbal bearing issue as to inspect and advise took it upon themselves to do the repair half-assed at that and had a bill for $1,000 that we never consented for any repairs went to look at boat and pick it up found exhaust below and water inlet to chewed up they had the whole outdrive off and had the audacity to say that they don't commonly inspect anyth... read more
Very friendly & helpful staff
B&B was outstanding! We rented a pontoon for two days for our family on Higgins Lake, the service was fabulous, the boat was clean and ready to go each day. I will defiantly rent form them again.
My family has been going to Higgins Lake for 10+ years. Every trip includes a multi-day pontoon rental from B&B. I can't say enough about how good our experience has been. If you read some bad reviews, then its because that individual didn't operate the boat correctly and damaged the prop. etc. No complaints here! Only thanks - for wonderful family memories and excellent service.
