WORST customer service EVER. I was told 3-4 days to get a chainsaw tuned up. 3 weeks later, I'm told its done. I get there, and the "mechanic" is out trying to find the spark plug for the thing. I wait there 25 minutes for him to get back (he hadn't even started the thing until then- no spark plug- so he couldn't even say for sure if it was "ready" before. I'll never use them again- wouldn't even let them clean the cat's litter box. Also, they operate out of a shed behind a shady realty office. Stay away. Gave 1 star because... read more
Found this locally owned business and I'm all for small businesses but this person who I only saw when I dropped my weed eater off has a terrible business sense. I was told this guy is the mechanic and owner but has some lady answering phones for him and they told me two different times over the phone that it would be fixed the next day and no call and then it was broken down on his work bench and he was waiting on a part and he'd call me in 2 hours.
