I stopped in because I needed two replacement belts for my wood chipper. One of the belts was out of stock so they ordered a new one for me. They had a gently used belt on hand and offered it to me for a discounted price. I really appreciated it. Every staff member I’ve interacted with (during my initial visit and then later order pickup) has been very nice, approachable, and helpful.

Friendly service and my generator is working again without issue. I had brought it in telling the team we had tested the battery it was 11.3V after I charged it, so immediately the intake person and I were suspecting the battery was bad and I wanted it replaced. I came in at the end of the workday, understandably they needed to keep it for a few days. Brodin and Bill and all the men at this shop are supportive, knowledgeable, and happy to help. Bill gave me hands-on instruction for my new strimmer, and Brodin was all smiles when they fixed it under warranty. I took it in when the line was stuck inside, Brodin taught me how to fish it out AND said he’d be happy to help again, any time. The BEST service.
