My husband ordered glasses in March, paid in full at the time of ordering. Then, Covid19. We completely understand the delays, however, this was so poorly handled, it is unbelievable. First time glasses came in, lenses were wrong, had to be sent back. I might add, we had to call to see if they came in, we did not get a call. Once again, no call that the glasses were corrected and were in. We made numerous calls but NoOne answers the phone. My husband went there to find out if glasses were in. Great service good people
Very disappointed with their service! I went to pick up my glasses & receptionist handed them over, never checked if sizing was correct, or if the lenses were placed correctly when aligned to my face!! I asked to get a copy of my prescription & gave the same receptionist my email so she can email to me. I have made numerous calls over the past 6-weeks (uncalled for) & was promised by Michelle I would have it emailed to me within an hour (haha) it’s been days & I’m still waiting!?!? I DO NOT recommend this optometrist!!
Staff is amazing and helpful. Dr. Is extremely thorough and makes me feel I am in the best of hands. Love there selection of frames especially sunglasses.
Business went down hill since Phil passed away They don’t stand behind their word I have to get glasses under medical which they told me about since husband lost visionwhen retired I got 200.00 coverage bill was 197.00 and no glasses because they want more money Pay attention Tina will rip you off in heart beat
