Great friendly and expert service - even recommended an emergency plumber. Would definitely use again.
Ordered a part they don't normally get in stock so he charged me a premium for it and the delivery cost for him to get the part was APPARENTLY more than the part! Also, once he ordered it in I had to go to another BBS store to collect it. Would not use again.
