Called Craig on Monday and picked up my material on Wednesday it was all packaged and exactly what I ordered very happy these people are awesome and I will do future business with them always

This business also owns a place in Middlesboro, Ky that sells metal roofing. I was told to contact Craig, which I did, to let him know the material that was purchased for a roof on a home, started rusting after about 8 years. After several more calls, there's still no resolution nor will or has anyone even come out to look at it. I was working in good faith towards resolving this issue, all Craig wanted to do after two phone calls from me was distance himself from the matter while more or less saying he wasn't taking respons... read more
