Two of the best years I’ve ever had renting was with B&B. I was in downtown Marlborough which was a great location. There are many great places to walk to plus easy access to parades, car shows, and festivals. Andrea does a great job communicating to tenants when needed. Repairs and maintenance are done thoughtfully with minimal impact. I would not hesitate to rent with B&B again!
Andrea is great. She communicates well in advance for any work happening in our rental. She made sure trash and cleaning was on schedule and kept on top of maintenance.
Andrea at BB Realty was a super accommodating landlord. Both of the apartments I rented had great maintenance service and good tenant-landlord communication. I’d definitely recommend renting from BB Realty!
