We had a great experience while renting out our apartment. From the very beginning, we were treated with professionalism, attentiveness, and transparency. I rented in a shared unit owned by B&B Realty for shy above 4 years. Andrea preferably communicates through email and does so in a timely manner. Does her due diligence when selecting prospective tenants, announces any scheduled plowing or maintenance and parades or local events happening in Main Street well in advance. I've seen Andrea involved in events around Marlborough to know she is a good neighbor, an active member of the community and likes to help people. Two of the best years I’ve ever had renting was with B&B. I was in downtown Marlborough which was a great location. There are many great places to walk to plus easy access to parades, car shows, and festivals. Andrea does a great job communicating to tenants when needed. Repairs and maintenance are done thoughtfully with minimal impact. I would not hesitate to rent with B&B again!
Andrea is great. She communicates well in advance for any work happening in our rental. She made sure trash and cleaning was on schedule and kept on top of maintenance.
Andrea at BB Realty was a super accommodating landlord. Both of the apartments I rented had great maintenance service and good tenant-landlord communication. I’d definitely recommend renting from BB Realty!
