My ductwork had a return leak that was making the studio AC struggle, and the noise was getting into my recordings. They found the loose section, sealed it up, and now the room cools quietly again. Paid by card when they finished.

The temperature inside hit a brutal 85 degrees on a Sunday afternoon, and our system was completely dead. With elderly parents in the house, we couldn't wait until Monday morning for a fix. The dispatch team was incredibly empathetic and sent a technician to our rescue within ninety minutes. He worked quickly in the heat and had our home cool and safe again in no time.

I wanted a professional to look over our older unit to see how much life it had left. The specialist took his time checking the refrigerant levels and evaluating the compressor's health. He gave us a very honest breakdown of what to watch out for without pushing any unnecessary sales. Their transparency was highly appreciated.

Waking up at 2:00 AM to a sweltering house with a newborn is an absolute nightmare. I called their after-hours line expecting a voicemail, but a dispatcher picked up immediately and had a tech at my door by sunrise. He was incredibly empathetic, fixed the frozen coil quickly, and literally saved our sanity. I can't thank this team enough for their promptness and care.

I used to have my heater turn off before the house could get warm and B & B Quality Heating & Air got it sorted out. The tech performed a complete check of the system, cleaned the burners and adjusted the settings to maintain the correct temperature. He was very candid with what needed to be done and what could be postponed, so it seemed like good advice and not a sales pitch.
