At 4:30 am on a Saturday, we had no water. B&B had us up and running within hours and returned my call at 7:45 am the same day. They are professional, on time & a great company to contact when you’re in a pinch. Highly recommend and will continue to use them.
Writing this review was about as easy as it gets. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent experience with B & B Pump and Electrical Service (Jerrie & Mike). What started with a Friday evening loss of water from our well to the house, ended with a repair that I was able to do myself with their valuable assistance. Not only did they have the replacement control box that we needed, both Jerrie and Mike provided us with information that was critical to the replacement and made it that much easier for me to make the repair myself.
