I called this shop to ask for a rough estimate on a brake pad job. Instead of simply explaining their pricing process, the person who answered immediately said, “We are the most expensive shop in town, we are not cheap.” I understand that exact quotes may require an inspection, but the attitude and way the conversation was handled felt rude and unprofessional. Bad service
The staff here are awesome. Very friendly, no bs, quick service. Highly recommend for every day vehicles & bigger worker trucks!
