I’m extremely disappointed with B&B Plumbing due to a serious safety issue. One of their company trucks aggressively cut us off in traffic and nearly caused a wreck. The driver was road raging, driving erratically, and came dangerously close to hitting the front of our vehicle despite us doing nothing wrong. This was alarming behavior for someone representing a business on the road. Company vehicles should be driven responsibly, and this was anything but professional. Have been using B and B Plumbing for ten years. Had a leaky hot water heater recently. Called B and B and Shawn came out in less than thirty minutes and looked at it and recommended it be replaced. Next day he came with a new tank and installed it and tended to a couple of other plumbing issues in a couple of hours. Continue to be very satisfied with B and B as usual!
About 20 minutes ago, I passed a BnB Plumbing work truck. He was screaming at me because I wasn’t moving fast enough for him at a stoplight. I don’t believe I’d reach out to this company for any plumbing repairs. Out of the 13 reviews he has, it’s only a 3.6.
Very responsive
Called to have small job done. First they answered “hello” and not the business name. Was asked to text Info to another number and said they might be able to fit me in next day. Never heard anything. I got number from a realtor who referred that we bought our house from. What a joke. How are you in business????
