Lied about the cancellation and then would not discuss where it says in his own contract where a restocking fee was applicable. Probably because there is nothing on the contract. Bob Sanders is a crook and when I asked him to explain where he came up with that number he hung up on me. I tried calling back again and he threatened me for harassment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Go with SMR and talk to Sean. 1/2 the price, same day service, and he can share several stories about “another” company and their practices.
We tried to cancel service 30 min after giving him a $100 deposit. He got nasty with us, told us he was charging us a $75 dollar restocking fee, then cashed our $100 check and told us he wouldn't refund our money. This guy is a swindler.
Have had the door for a week now. Looks great!! Super quiet and love having the app for the opener. Wonderful having a fully functioning door again. They said they'd have installed in 3 or so hours, they were done in 2 1/2 hours. Thank you gentlemen!!!!
We've been waiting on a garage door seal for almost a year now that we already paid for. He lied to us multiple times, that he had it in stock but it was in his other van. Then it was that he was waiting on it to come in. Multiple times he told me oh you're on my schedule for this week I'll be there Friday or I'll be there Sunday, and then he would no show no call. I would call a few months later and hear the same story. Not a good business practice. Definitely do not give money before goods or services are delivered.

Bob has done amazing work for my wife and I when we lived in Parma Heights. He was always on time, provided us information along the way and always delivered on the original quoted price. Would use him again in a heart beat
