Your just a stupid customer Walking into B&B Outdoor Power is similar to the Soup Nazi episode on Seignfeld. Have your money ready and don't ask questions. Try ordering a replacement part and they will treat you like they are doing you a huge favor. They are habitually understaffed, over priced, arrogant, condescending and suffer form attention deficit disorder. Customer recognition, or courtesy is not a strong suite. Very good business to deal with. One of the best buying experiences ever. Staff is very knowledgeable and went out of thier way to help me. Great value for money spent. I highly recommend this company.
