B&B Muffler is excellent, professional and very friendly. They arranged to fix my muffler and quoted the price. Everything worked perfectly : the amount of time was very quick , price was what was originally quoted and professionalism and friendliness was expressed throughout my meeting with them. Went in for a muffler hanger, we thought it was broken. He put it on the rack, but we couldn’t find anything wrong. He didn’t want us to pay, but did honest work. Highly highly recommend this place, honest workers are hard to find, but this place is the real deal. Dan the owner is very very kind, very friendly man.

My wife and I had taken our Traverse to the dealership we normally use for a 100k service. The dealership did its inspection and told us they found a bracket which had cracked in the exhausted system, and that they would need to replace the whole assembly, at a cost of over $1500. I asked them why they wouldn't just replace or repair the bracket, and we were told that the whole thing came as a single assemblies now, and that they weren't allowed to well it.
