Your driver who drives in to Carson city, from Dayton each morning apparently has a is Unhinged with a temper, This morning I witnessed him road raging towards a vehicle that didnt do anything except go around him after he moved over into the slow lane, slam on his brakes, and move behind that vehicle; getting so close to that other car he almost hit it flashing brights at it. I'm a veteran and I won't use your service any longer if that's who you employ, BTW I have it on my dash cam as well

They've missed three deliveries in a row. Supposed to be once a week. Called today to see if they were coming to exchange bottles and no one answers their phone. I'll be letting the Veterans Administration that this company is not honoring their contract with the VA and their commitment to veterans. They tried to reschedule me once again for a fourth time. I've never had a problem with them. They call and check to see if I need anything. The girls in the office as well as the driver's are always friendly and polite.
