Relatively nice over the phone. Horribly slow/poor communication. Waited a week to get their guy out to measure out counter tops. He came and measured, then a week and a half goes by, and I hear nothing. I’ve now followed up with calls and emails. I don’t have time to mess with these jokers. Lost 2 weeks on my kitchen job. Thanks for nothin!
Almost three years ago I contracted with this company for a new countertop for the breakfast bar. Everything went well from price, installation to quality of the product. One month ago, we decided to change the counters of the perimeter of the kitchen. Drove to their office and display room in Cross Plains, WI selected the product and requested a quote. My go to laminate & granite/quartz shop
I bought a beautiful granite countertop when we remodeled our kitchen 5 yrs ago. It started to develope white spots all over a part of it. When I called to ask if someone could come out and take a look, I was told that they would not come unless I would put half down on a repair estimate that was put together from pictures that I had sent via email. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They have not been out to see or fix the issue.
Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous! They (esp.John) had to come back and fix a cpl. issues, and he fixed other installers errors!?! I couldn't believe it!! I couldn't have asked for more! GREAT Job installer JOHN!!!
