Worst customer service, spoke with someone called Erika 8/16/24 couldnt help me nor solve my problem, furthermore she was super rude and kept putting me on hold without any notice or letting me know and would take minutes to get back needs more training on speaking and helping customers over the phone. I dont know if she is the manager but didn't even transfer me to the higher ups, she just hung up. Quick advice: avoid making contact with them if not necessary, now on days everything can be done online
