I provide a lot of business here.I make metal gates for a living after hearing what they did to my friends. I will really consider buying metal from here again they seem very unprofessional i also have had some unpleasant experiences with higher up staff
I had a decent experience with some people there but the management also some lower employees have no backbone or idea how to run a business i have 2 businesses and there people are with insane amount of confidence for how much knowledge they lack overall wouldn't come here
Staff oderded something without my word or money and got mad and refused sale over there mistake there kinda dumb
Magical. I know that isn't the most common word that comes to mind to describe a metal/hardware shop but it is. I went in with my buddy last minute at the end of the day with a very specific need and they were iltra helpful and kind (sadly they weren't able to help, which was fine, it was a very detailed machining need and we got pointed in the right direction).
