I had B&B do flooring at my home. I have been happy with the flooring itself however I have been disappointed in their service. The individual who showed up to do the labor came in and smelled my entire house up of marijuana. It smelled so offensive that I had to leave my own home because it was giving me a headache. They had to come back several times (due to no fault of mine) and charged me several $100 fuel charges for each time that they came back.
