I had B&B do flooring at my home. I have been happy with the flooring itself however I have been disappointed in their service. The individual who showed up to do the labor came in and smelled my entire house up of marijuana. It smelled so offensive that I had to leave my own home because it was giving me a headache. They had to come back several times (due to no fault of mine) and charged me several $100 fuel charges for each time that they came back. Do not use this service. Two hillbillies in a predator van with fishing poles hanging out of it showed up. They advertise low prices and you don’t even get the service listed. I have Ashley furniture and was told these couches are unclean able and too expensive to clean ( what?). They were supposed to clean my area rugs and the dude calling his boss said they ain’t no Walmart rugs 😂😂😂. I guess they just service section 8 and bed bug residents. COMPLETE TRASH.
