Things just didn't work out 4 us . A consumer beware , check out contractors thoroughly before hiring . Many many flaws in our build . Would not recommend . Due your homework as to not make mistake I did . Still today fixing B&B's awful workmanship . We are so tremendously disappointed . Brand new build that hasn't stopped being repaired 4 almost 6 yrs now . Really wish I had never called this man 4 our dream build . My back & patience is broken due to original shabby workmanship.
