Nice people who work there. If you are looking to buy a modular home that looks like the real thing I would suggest going there!
Overall our home is great. We had them and Commodore here multiple times for the same issues. Issues were not resolved. The sliding door still doesn’t close right and we will eventually replace. We have been out an extra &1000+ to finally get the fireplace to actually work. The carpet was cheap and has not held up at all. The stain on the cabinets comes off with water, so we are also getting cabinets repainted eventually. Our home is 6 years old. I would not do this again with these 2 companies.
